「Enjoyed the pool and the beautiful room. Towels and bedding were amazing. Had a great sleep both nights. Breakfast included was very good but I am not fussy - had eggs, sausage, fruit, toast and you could make your own waffle. The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially after reading some reviews. I was a bit concerned about staying downtown but honestly it was not a problem! Just go and enjoy the Radisson! Staff were very nice and helpful as I always demagnetize my key card. 」

「Staying in Thunder bay for 2 nights. Really nice updated clean and open rooms (no carpet). Very clean and comfortable. Us and Canadian TV. Clean elevator and hallways. Staff friendly helpful and accommodating. Ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant - reasonable prices and good food! Excellent pancakes, eggs and burgers and soup. Deserts! Full bar at the restaurant and open long hours. Servers were great. Would definitely stay there again!」

「Nice place for the $. Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff used air freshener in room that was awful and gave us both a headache. Hotel rectified the issue putting an ozone machine in the room while we were out」

「The lobby is very bright and looks like it’s recently received a facelift. The staff was great, check in was easy and parking is well lit, easy to access and monitored 24hrs/day. Room is slightly smaller than I expected but everything appears very clean and new. The property looks even better in person than the pictures. 」

「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned...

「Clean quiet room, nice dining room and bar, pool and hot tub looked great didn't get time for it, big hotel and got lots of steps lol as you can only enter by the main entrance for security reasons but we did feel safe because of that. We would stay there again.」

「Pictures of hotel room on app must be modified! The real room condition much lower than even motel when we travel through Canada! Terrible service looks like only one guy taking care off whole hotel! All facilities very very very poor!」
