"Upon entry to the room, I noticed the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. The AC kept me up all night. There was some kind of plastic rattling sound every time the AC turned on, at 2 o’clock in the morning somebody was knocking on the doors therefore my sleep pattern was disturbed on a consistent basis. "I stay here quite regularly for work.. the biggest problem is checking in. If you don’t catch Ahren or maybe one other employee it’s a nightmare. Check in takes to long they never figure out the upgrade of the food/beverage credit. When I walk in and see who’s working I usually cringe."
