"Upon entry to the room, I noticed the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. The AC kept me up all night. There was some kind of plastic rattling sound every time the AC turned on, at 2 o’clock in the morning somebody was knocking on the doors therefore my sleep pattern was disturbed on a consistent basis. The final straw was at 6:11 a.m. on a Saturday morning, after getting no sleep the alarm went off which I did not set, all in all, I probably got an hour of sleep, overall, the experience was...

"It’s not Vegas, but that said, it was a nice visit. Great food in hotel restaurants! Hotel clean and neat. Room was very spacious. Our room was still in disarray with dirty linen on the floor when we checked in (at 8pm). There was a special event Saturday night with very loud music until midnight which was pretty irritating. But overall, I would go back."

"Staff at check in was so wonderful! Professional, friendly, prompt. Explained 1st floor being worked on but confirmed it was still quiet (this is the floor with handicapped showers). Not a real walkable area...no sidewalks or crosswalks. Dinner at the bistro was great! "

"Everything was great except the pillows which is my fault that I left mine at home. The room is great and the staff is wonderful. I felt like an idiot that I had to ask a question about the TV, the gentleman came to my room to help. TOP MARKS ALL AROUND!!"
