"Love the location and staff at this hotel. I stay here every time I am in London. However, the last time I was here, I was not told that there is no desk or table in the room (premium Queen, which is what I always book - I always had a table and chair before), so it was difficult for me to get any work done on my computer. Other than that, I would recommend it."

"This place is exceptional in both service and over character of the place. Must be experienced. I lived here for 8 ½ months during the pandemic and was taken care of very WELL by the entire staff. Here I am 5 yrs later and the ambiance and caring remains in tact. Cant express my overall love of this place and the individuals who I keep this place running smoothly, thet are the true hearts and souls of this establishment. Other hotels could learn a thing or two from this hotel employees on how to be gracious and above all helpful, going beyound their call of duty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ☆☆☆☆☆"

"Absolutely amazing experience. Clean and everything you need. Staff makes you feel safe. Was out late and there was a sketchy guy following me and yelling things at me. I made it to the hotel and let the staff know, they all stepped in without hesitation. Would highly recommend. Will be staying here if I ever come back to London."
