"The hotel property was very well maintained which is no easy feat for a property that size. Our room was clean and comfortable and the airport shuttle was convenient. Unfortunately, the self check-in kiosk was unable to verify our booking so we ended up having to line up in the queue which we had hoped to avoid. Of course, there was another guest who felt he was far more important than anyone else in the line and he barged up to a desk clerk for immediate assistance...and, for some reason, the desk clerk didn't course correct him. It's unfortunate that the only restaurant available in the hotel is dedicated to a specific cuisine so we went to dinner there. Food may have also been available in the lounge/bar area but it was extremely busy there so seats were available. Perhaps the Italian restaurant was understaffed that particular night (which isn't the fault of the servers who were there) but the service was not good. The wrong dish was presented to me so I had to wait until the correct one was prepared. All in all, we spent a fair amount of money on a mediocre dinner...there are worse things."

"Beautiful hotel close to all of the tourist attractions. A short walk to multiple tube stations. The property is very stylish and the spa area so clean and refreshing. Would absolutely recommend 100%."

"We are a pair of seniors and we had a room with a king sized bed which had no access from the sides. This did not work well for us and there was not another room available. Had I known this we would not have stayed there despite all of the other very positive aspects."

"This is a reasonably priced hotel. The food was excellent, my room was made up nicely every morning. The room was a bit small, but adequate. I did not interact with the amenities because I was very seeing Stockholm."

"The frosted glass wall shielding the bathroom should be more opaque as one can easily she the silhouette of whomever is in there. It wouldn’t need to be the whole glass wall just knee to head. A toilet brush should be provided. A few paper cups should be provided."

"perfect stay! everything as described plus much more! there are NO showers in the rooms, but this is what I expected! hotel and rooms are very clean! Staff is outstanding and very helpful! there are sinks in the rooms, English breakfast is very well prepared! there is free coffee and tea in the rooms! my experience in London was great because of stay in Bluedaws Private Hotel! for sure I will come back and recommend to others"
