"Food lovely"

"Didn't enjoy, check in process cumbersome, the room they gave me had an uneven slopes floor, bed was sloped at an angle. They did move me to another room. "

"Whilst the general asthetics of the building were very nice, the shower in the room was not working due to poor maintenance. This was reported on the first day and we were assured it would be fixed by the time we got back to the hotel from sightseeting. This was not the case and again we reported it only to be told that there was no engineer on site and so it would not be fixed before the next day. For a 3 day stay this was simply not acceptable. The room was also not cleaned despite being requested each morning. "

"The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to go to the tourisitcs spots! The room has whatever we need although. Given there are many rooms in hotel, it happens that we need to wait in queue for the breakfast and the environment is bit noisy. other than that , the overall experience is wonderful."
