Upon check in Harpreet saw that I had animals and offered water, helped me find parking for my truck and trailer, as well as offered to keep a watchful eye on it overnight on the security cameras. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us at our late night check in! Your hospitality is very much appreciated! "

"Is a really nice place to stay"

"We went to stay in Prince George to visit family with my husband and two young sons. The room was not clean upon arrival. I asked staff about the state of the room and was given a mop to go clean the room myself. On the last night of our stay the room had a leak in the sprinkler. We notified staff and no one came to check on the leak. We changed rooms, the new room electrical was not working. We didnt have a working fridge, tv, or coffee maker. We had to move lamps from the first room to the second because there was no lighting in the room. All of this was done without the help of staff and with a 2 and 4 year old in tow. Upon checkout i expressed our disappointment in the experience and was told nothing could be done in terms of discounts because the manager was not on site. We did not see any manager or supervisor on site our entire stay. Very disappointed and not impressed with our experience and we will not be staying again. We will also inform any friends or family to stay clear of the Super 8 by in Prince George. "

"breakfast menu gives a good choice of things. Pool area was nice and clean. I was surprised that it was open at 6am. "

"The updates to the rooms were modern and restful, although they were not that clean. The sheets on our bed had yellow stains that were not from us, the staff did nothing to change them. The food at breakfast was very good, although the waffle maker was not happy and the mix didn't make complete waffles."
