「It was super bad experience. I originally booked at the wrong date, talked to frontdesk, they told me they can support the cancellation, but eventually they didn't. In order to make my commitment, I booked another trip at this hotel with higher price, but they still do not accept my request, and it is even 1 month ahead, giving them enough time to adapt. It was super bad experience.

「Our host was amazing, she informed us of nearby tourist attractions and other activities in the area. Very accommodating with check in. Home was clean and spacious.Comfortable beds! Great showers! I would take a gate if you have small children, since it is a bi-level style home. Kids and stairs ugh.
Overall, She definitely takes pride in being a great hostesses.」
