"We had an overall wonderful stay at the Pomeroy Hotel & Conference Centre in Grande Prairie. The hotel was exceptionally clean and welcoming, and the staff were phenomenal—friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. I have severe allergies, and I was especially impressed by how seriously the staff took them. They went out of their way to ensure I could safely enjoy breakfast, which was very good. That level of care was greatly appreciated. We also loved the adults-only lounge and the evening turndown service. Those extra touches really elevated the experience and made our stay feel special. The one significant disappointment was the beds and pillows. For a hotel of this calibre, I expected a much more luxurious sleep experience. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and had no mattress protector, which was surprising. The pillows were also very inconsistent—some extremely flat and others quite lumpy. Unfortunately, we had a very poor night's sleep because of the bed and pillow comfort. Everything else about our stay was so well done. With upgraded mattresses, proper mattress protectors, and consistent quality pillows, this could easily be an exceptional hotel experience. The staff, cleanliness, service, amenities, and allergy accommodations were outstanding, and we would absolutely stay again."

"Room was neat and clean, excellent shower pressure! Bagged breakfast was great (breakfast sandwich, yogurt, boiled egg and muffin). Coffee machine doesn't make great coffee, but that doesn't change my 5-star rating. Staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Ample underground parking. Quiet building even though they were fully booked. Would stay again!"
