「Overall, I’m very satisfied with the hotel and everything else has been great. I did notice that some of the dishes and utensils were a little dirty. It seems they may not have been properly washed by the previous guest. It would be helpful if the cleaning staff could check them and make sure they are thoroughly cleaned before the next guest arrives. Other than that, everything has been great, and I’m very happy with my stay. Thank you!」
