The apartment is modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped, which made our stay especially convenient. It is also within a short walking distance of the iconic church and the main downtown street. One thing to note is that the washing machine and dryer are shared with other guests on the same floor. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here.

Appartamento ampio, pulito e fornito di ogni comfort. Purtroppo era al piano seminterrato quindi eravamo impossibilitati ad aprire le finestre e già al primo ingresso c'era odore di cibo cucinato. Il parcheggio per gli ospitiè piccolo, ma su strada ci sono molti parcheggi. Comodissima la posizione in città

We loved the stay in the apartment. Was a perfect spot right in the heart of Akureyri! The apartment was so comfortable and clean. The balcony over the street and looking at the port was an extra plus!

Wonderful host who made everything so smooth. There was no parking available at the location, but we were told we could park for free on a side street. The laundry was free and even the tide pods were free! Great kitchen and layout of the apartment.

Nice location. Great communications by host. Very responsive to any issues brought up. A little cramped for more than 2 adults in the Suite. Limited parking on property. May require parking across the street. Laundry facilities are shared on the floor, not in each apartment.

The room was clean and convenient, especially for those who would like to get food at the grocery store to avoid paying restaurant prices multiple times a day. Parking is tight, with just enough spaces, so if anyone does a bad job, it can be hard to park. The apartment is very convenient to the shopping and dining district, right across from an iconic church, the art museum, and botanical garden.

Check in was easy and Margaret ( the host) greeted and checked me into the apartment. The apartment was clean modern and had all the amenities I needed. Big plus was the ability to do some laundry. The building is located just up the hill from the center and another big plus was the local pool/ hot tub which was also close by and much cleaner and cheaper. Overall a well run operation. Thanx I enjoyed it.

Wonderful apartment to stay at, it was close to the town square with shopping and restaurants, all walkable. The apartment manager was in touch with us and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
