The room is clean, but the water in the shower and sink smells like sulfur. They need to put a filter for the water. The pillow cases were old and the zippers to keep them closed were broken. Staff was not very helpful as we were traveling with another couple and due to a maintenance issue they sent the other couple to a different hotel. They made no attempt to keep us together and it could have been done. We were not happy with that as it caused a lot of issues.

The room was in bad shape, there was a bad smell in the room and overall in the hole building. The coloured bedsheets were in terrible shape, they smelled bad and looked as if they weren't washed at all. Couldn't wait for the stay to be over, will never stay there again.

The place is worn down and outdated. The posted pictures must be taken from many years ago. They don't match with the actual conditions. The bathroom is very old and the water can splashed all over. The kitchen on the 1st floor is also very outdated. I wouldn't recommend it.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in this 10 day trip to Iceland. 1. The parking is a big problem if you are not one of the first four cars to arrive 2 the bathroom was unbearably smelly and unhygienic. The shower curtains were full of mould and smelt horrible. You would need another shower if you came in contact with them. If the shower head sprays wanted on them, they will flip out and the whole bathroom will be flooded. 3. There was only one thin pillow per person causing uncomfortable sleep. 4. There is no one to talk to or ask for help. 5. Ceiling has water damage showing the problem is in every room. The list can go on, but I would recommend staying elsewhere for the price you are paying.

Vorsicht Verletzungsgefahr. Fernseher in Bad-Tür auf Kopfhöhe platziert. Verletzung am Kopf wird zwar bedauert, aber mit eigenem Risiko abgetan. Handlungsbedarf für spätere Gäste wohl auch nicht gesehen. Nichts für Menschen über 1,50 m.

Our room was ok. The bathroom was old and appeared dirty, the entire bathroom holds condensation and becomes wet due to no circulation. The shower was missing the drain cover, luckily we had flip flops and wore them during showering. The linens were very dated, with sheets piling and not staying on, the desk chair was dirty. No staff at this location

Logement bien placé mais avec trop d’ inconvénients. 1 seule salle de bain commune pour une dizaine de personnes dans 4 appartement au sous sol et sans produit de douche. Pas de rideaux de douche donc l’eau coule au sol et c’est sale pour les prochains. La chambre quadruple est tres difficile à ouvrir il y a un problème de serrure. Il n’y a ni miroir ni meubles pour poser les valises, ni lampe de chevet. C'est le strict minimum.1 seul espace commun avec une table et des chaises pour les 3 étages donc il n’y a pas assez de place pour qu’on puisse s’y mettre. La salle commune est au centre des chambres donc le bruit est énorme. Aucune flexibilité ni arrangement pour les horaires que ce soit pour la chambre ou l’utilisation de la cuisine. Je ne recommande pas

The only good thing about this place was location. The beds were rock hard spring mattresses older than my grandmother! There was obviously an active leak in the room above that’s been leaking long enough to have formations on the ceiling that are dripping onto the floor. The towels were old and ratty looking. Holes in the sheets and a burnt mark on the wall. The first night someone was in the kitchen banging cabinet doors at 1:45am. Speaking of kitchen, it’s poorly stocked. Not even a spatula to cook with. It’s small and not what the pictures look like. All the pics are either old or used AI. Trying to cook in the kitchen was nearly impossible because there were large families just gathering in them and you couldn’t get to the fridge or stove. There was no other common gathering space. The lawn needed mowed. Grass up to my waist. No parking available because there’s only 4 spaces for 8 rooms. You have to park and walk miles or Kilometers with your luggage. Oh and the shower! You had 2 square feet of space with a filthy wet shower curtain attacking you will trying to wash. So much for feeling clean. No host on site and they do not respond to messages. Will never stay here again and do not recommend.
