"Getting to park and go into the hotel was not easy. Nowhere to park in the wierdly layed out parking lot to check in, and then once we checked in, given a ticket to park in the parking garage next door for the mall, and no real clear directions how to get back into the hotel. The hotel itself was fine, rooms were a little tired, bedding was pretty wrinkled up. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Clean enough, but certainly not very inviting. When we arrived, I asked if the pool was open, and the person at the desk told me it was closed because ‘someone pooped in the pool’ while laughing about it. It happens, I get it, but not very professional to be telling guests that. We left before the breakfast was served, so I can’t comment on that. Cheap enough that I’m not all that upset about anything in the long run, but expected a little more of a Raddison. "

"Very noisy. Stairs are old and sound insulation in hallways is poor. Could hear children and adults walking around above my room to all hours of the night . No elevator hence two flights of very noisy stairs . It’s like staying in an old rickety house with no insulation ."

"Disappointing. This place used to be the place to stay in the Sault. Now everything is dated and aging. Indoor hot tub has been down for 14 months (according to locals), outdoor hot tub was cool and didn't seem clean. It used to have gas heaters on the pathway so you wouldn't slip or freeze on the way in. No longer. I expected some shampoo and conditioner dispensers. There were the tiniest containers of each... needed two for my hair and then to ask for more (very wasteful). Four of us checked in and we had three towels. The carpet "tiles" are dog-eared and dirty. There was hair on the chair and in the tub. The TV is so outdated, that you can't rent a movie or stream from your phone (we were waiting out a snow storm). No recycling. Three nights there and our room was cleaned partially only once. They forgot to make the beds. I think my days off staying here for our ski trips are over!!! "

"Arrived at hotel and was told there was no parking left. We were told parking is not a part of the room rental by a VERY RUDE staff member who told us it is not her job or her problem. We asked for a refund and were told we’d have to wait until morning to speak to the manger. TV was broken, shower didn’t drain. Awful experience worst customer service. No parking. "
