「There was no one there to get fresh towels or clean the room when we were out, without a do not disturb sign on the door. We had to wait until we were home to take a shower and also you had to flush the toilet twice to make it flush all the way」

「We typically only stay at Motel 6 when we have our dogs, they have a relaxed no pet fee and no dog restrictions. So this is why we went with them. We had a tire issue and ended up being like 3 hours behind schedule, so we got a room here as opposed to driving another 3 hours to our air bnb. The place is super ran down, dirty and filled with drug addicts, and possibly women of the night if you know what I mean. 「We booked three rooms for a concert weekend and unfortunately did not end up staying at this property. Upon entering the rooms, we found bugs present, strong smoke odors, stained bedding, and overall unsanitary conditions, including hair left in one of the sinks. We immediately returned to the front desk, returned the room keys, and informed staff that we would not be staying overnight.
