「The staff person on duty at check in was unprofessional to say the least. The morning guy the next day was everything I would have expected, well groomed, welcoming and cheerful. 180 degrees difference which colored our experience. The hotel is somewhat dated but the room was comfortable and clean」

「This was an unplanned stay in a very remote area. I was just looking for a good sleep. I think what got me was the attendant giving me water bottles because the water may come out brown at first. I just really wanted a clean shower and bed. I understand their circumstance, but it left an impression on me.」

「We stayed just one night on the way to Phoenix. Hotel is older but well maintained. Like that it had laminent flooring and not carpet. Breakfast was delicious - eggs, bacon, pancakes, potatoes, cereal, toast, bagels, etc. Plus coffee, hot chocolate and juices! Pool was clean and clear. No complaints.」

「Everything was great. Only exception is that Check-In on Expedia states 2pm but when checking in was told it was 3pm. Front desk did check me in, but glad I didn't show at 2pm that was originally planned」
