「I got double charged from expedia and the lodge, I noticed the issue, contacted expedia and they refunded me. the AC is noisy. The environment is nice, and cafeteria food is good.」

「La Posada was more than a hotel it was an experience. The history the decor the location were just superb. It was a unique experience. Staff were excellent, location was great the Winslow station was fabulous to watch. I would highly recommend this hotel」

「The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can...

「Close to where we were exploring. Food selection and restaurants very poor. Pool was out of service. We had booked 2 nights only showed one. Didn’t make up room during the day. Air conditioning super loud small bathroom. No cell service in that area. Would never stay there again.」
