Clean and modern, the bed and pillows were great! It’s in the thick of the night life area so there was a little street noise but that is to be expected. The staff were great, super friendly and the welcome cookies were delicious.

Swipe cards were unreliable in the elevators, at least one elevator out of service daily, all three broken down for 2 1/2 hours at dinner time, with me stuck on floor 10 making me seriously late to a dinner meeting. ...
