To our delight, we were given a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise and really set the tone for our stay. The room was immaculate — spacious, beautifully designed, and exuding understated luxury. Everything felt very exclusive and refined, from the quality of the amenities to the meticulous attention to...

「Spacious room, efficient staff. 」

「一次非常好的體驗，房間也被升級了，整體非常滿意，地點方便，樓下就有二十四小時超市，步行數分鐘就到碼頭，下次再來珀斯一定會再住這裏 。」

Firstly, we emailed to reserve self paid the covered car park during our stay but they just confirmed us well reserved but didn’t arrange for us finally! 「Very comfortable hotel, good service, near Perth Station.」

「The blinds were very annoying as it goes up everytime the door opens but takes forever to get it down. The shower is too far away from the amenities The staff is very inexperienced especially when I specify I did not want mayonnaise for my club sandwich and they put mayonnaise!」

「The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition. I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight. I would recommend anyone come to stay in Hyde when visiting Perth」

「地理位置方便，有泊車，登記入住很親切，唯獨房間燈光比較暗」

「廚房用具很完善，住宿環境很好，也很安靜」

「Breakfast was great as always. I love it. The breakfast service was great as well. But front desk, at 9/12, ignored me and let me struggled by their app for about 5 minutes…but still all good. Sometimes the bar at ground floor make loud noises…」

「時尚，位置很棒」

「Overall the room is quiet and clean and bright. It is relatively small but enough for two people to stay. No chair or table is a downside. Due to the design of the shower room, there is leakage of water from the shower room. Free parking close to city area is a plus」
