「Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.」

「Good but no parking in hotel.」

「位置方便，近大型商場，多餐廳，有泊車位，但不多。附近有其他停車場，泊車容易。酒店整體清潔很好，設施維護良好。窗有點少。桌面很少。」

「We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. 「Although my stay was lovely, the hotel could do with upgrading their rooms. Everything in the room was basic where expectations were for a 4 star luxurious experience.」

「This is a great little place - central, spotlessly clean and so helpful/accommodating. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay in Southampton」

「The hotel is nice with clean spacious rooms. The furniture and decor need some improving as they are mismatched and the information in the room is very limited. No information about the grounds or the area. Most disappointing spa. It was filthy with clumps of hair in showers and plastic dirt and hairs by the poolside and dirty tea cups. The alarming thing was we returned the second morning and it was still the same. No cleaning had taken place over night. The spa is advertised as a relaxing...
