「Pitch view room was very impressive and worth the visit. Nicely presented hotel, friendly staff and good selection of drink at the bar. Rooms were nice and clean with good temperature control. Restaurant food was good, we only had the pizzas but they were nice. Breakfast was not great. Sausages seemed stale and ove」

「For the price the rooms were lovely and clean the staff were kind and helpful Nothing was missing and even though the facilities are aged it’s very obvious they are well looked after. Bed was large and quite comfy and bedding was also clean and comfy. Late checkout was £10 for 1pm which is amazing I have no complaints and will be returning」

「I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. 「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me).
