Reception area lovely but room was old and tired and stairwells/landings also tatty. Stain splattered on base of bed. ?blood ?coffee hopefully the latter. Left sign for room make-up and literally towels and coffee replaced. Beds left unmade. Asked for extra coffee sachets after dinner and non available.
