「Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Desk staff was super friendly. Charming little "Convient store" in the lobby. Central location within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, Rupp Arena, and more. Parking lot located underneath was helpful. Only MILD complaints would be the breakfast bar was a little cold and mostly empty by 9:40 even though breakfast is served until 10... and the room was supposed to have a white noise machine but it didn't, and it was very loud until after 1am with...

「There was a musty smell that was off putting as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms are very small and we had a leak in the sink drain that wasn’t repaired after we reported it. I didn’t feel that it was worth the cost. Very disappointing for a supposed upscale Hilton.」

「For a one night stay, it was very satisfying. We would definitely stay again.」

「Very nice hotel overall. The hotel is a bit far from everything against my thoughts.」

「The hotel is very close to the University of Kentucky, with an Oriental supermarket and various dining options nearby.」

「They are doing some updates to the hotel right now, so it's unfair to rate the hotel until done. The room was clean, but probably on the update list. The staff, particularly front desk, were exceptional.」

「All staff was exceptional. Kitchen was well equipped. Range top was tricky to turn on, ask at desk. The mini grocery was well stocked with frozen meals and snacks. The fresh coffee machine in lobby was fantastic!」

「This place is conveniently located next to grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. It has easy access to downtown, airport and highway systems. The staff is pleasant and efficient. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet.」

「Very noisy rooms. You can literally hear the room next door like they're standing in your room.」
