"The hotel was very full. The coffee maker did not work in our room. The toilet was not working well. There were not enough carts for a hotel this big. One of the mornings a terrible repetitive sound started around 6:00 am. We called the front desk at 6:45 to report it and were told that it was because people were waking up and starting to use the elevator. We had not heard the noise prior to 6:00 am and that maintenance did not start until 7:30. We explained that it sounded like an elevator was stuck on one of the floors and the doors were trying to open and close. The front desk did not send anyone to check on it."

"The room was smaller than expected but it was sufficient for the two of us. The bathroom was small as well. It was clean and we were happy we stayed here. The view was fabulous. There is no house keeping while staying so we bought our own K-cup for coffee. We would stay here again."
