"Friendly and courteous staff We will stay again . Great location for tourists and families. Walking distance to pike market, pier 66 , restaurants and other attractions It feels safe to stay."

"The hotel was excellent. The only complaint was the sound of an hvac system or some kind of system over our room on the 2nd floor in which we could hear a machine rumble every 5 minutes the entire stay. It was only noticeable at night when laying down, but was a bit annoying. The location is very convenient and everything is in walking distance."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful with knowledge of the area and sites to see. Our room was ready hours prior to actual check in time. Property is clean and very well maintained. The bed was not very comfortable. After getting off a cruise with a boy so comfortable bed, I was hoping for a little bit more of a comfortable bed."
