「One of the worst hotels ive been to. Checked in and immediately turned around and left. Was absolutely disgusting, smelled like an ash tray and was very dirty. Was very run down. Looked like a by the hour hotel. Bed sheets were not changed, mold on the walls, hairs in the bed. I would rather sleep in my car. The room we refused was given to someone else less than 10 minutes later. We saw them go in the room from the parking lot as we hadn't even left yet. 」

「The elevator was not working. The staff were really kind and accommodating which is the ONLY positive thing I have to say about the property. The room was sticky and hot and never fully cooled down the entire 2 night stay. There’s a window ac unit and it just blew regular(non cooled) air the whole time. For the price it was ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. 」

「Beautiful resort, beautiful grounds and golf course. The only issue is at the condo. There’s a bunch of Karen’s running around complaining that you’re there.」

「Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The area is nice, felt safe at all times. Didn't use the pool, so no comment there. Downsides: elevator was out the entire time we stayed. They did call me 2 dsys before checkin to let me know. It was an inconvenience due to my mobility and ballance issues. Unfortunately I was not able to locate another property for the days we were here. They put us on the 2nd floor, so that was vetter than the 3rd I guess. I did pay for a 1 bedroom suite, but they...

「Clean rooms newer hotel no issues」

「酒店的设施陈旧，卫生条件也一般，入住遇到了缺少电视遥控器，床头柜背后有其他房客留下的剃须刀；浴室沐浴水流非常，整个酒店还有莫名装修噪音。周边几乎没有任何餐饮，离市区有相当距离。虽然员工非常不错总是尽力希望解决问题。」

「Like: Great unit. It was clean, had kitchen necessities . Outstanding Location with water view from pool deck and a very cool downstairs tiki bar. Trolley to Clearwater outside entry. Only dislike: no direct water access or dock. I felt like photo was pre hurricanes. 」

「Stand out service. Very clean. Great breakfast buffet- outstanding lady on staff there. She was so helpful- greeting customers and offering assistance to serve them food and drink. Very friendly snd accommodating front desk staff (Danny) and others. Really remarkable all around. Great location in middle of downtown dining, too! 」
