「Near Beach」

「Poor customer service. The lady in the front was a bit rude and didn’t made an effort to get us a luggage rack and told us we had to wait an hour to get the cookies. Then I approached a gentleman and he immediately brought us the cookies and the other the luggage rack. We enjoyed that the ocean is very close to hotel and didn’t have to walk much. Also there’s a nice restaurant facing the beach and a guitarist playing.」

「This resort was fine, but not what it is portrayed to be online. The “beach” is a small strip of sand, covered in seaweed, on a small, dirty, roped off section of the water. Very disappointing. The bar/restaurant is overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. They charge $18 a day to park in their own lot! Both ice machines were broken the last 2 days of our stay. I will say, however, that the rooms are clean and the pools are great. I would not stay there again.」

「The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool and outdoor bar area are a great place to hang out. They offered a shuttle to the Rays baseball game as well. That was unexpected and appreciated.」
