「Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning.
Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other.
Other than that it was good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast...

「This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel.」

「The valet drop-off and the check-in process were nearly effortless. Their process should be the standard for all hotels. The staff was friendly and so efficient. The room was so close to the elevator. The beds were comfortable. The valet process at checkout was also fast. My only critique is to install better signage on the outside of the building to direct visitors to the entrance, as the valet garage doors can be confusing for first-time visitors. We went to a concert at Grand Casino Area...
