「Great staff at the front desk and coffee shop. Room is clean, modern and functional. The beds are very comfortable. We always stay here on our way to and back from Colorado.」

「First room the toilet would not flush/tank would not fill unless I took off the tank lid and held the flapper down until the tank filled. Second room smelled horrible. Possible carpet freshener used excessively. Borrowed a vacuum and vacuumed 3 times and purchased an air purifier but it didn't help. I left after one night in each room with two more nights prepaid for that I was unable to get a refund for. Horrible experience and I definitely don't recommend this hotel. 」

「I was there for a family visit and arrived a bit early, for which I was charged a $20 early check-in fee. Additionally, the business center did not have Microsoft Word available. For guests who may need to handle urgent matters—especially late at night when it’s not convenient to go elsewhere—this is something that could be improved. 」
