「Great place to stay!! Pool was amazing」

「I booket a two night stay and choose the option to pay at hotel but the hotel try to take the money off my card but they couldn't do they canceled my reservation and when we got there they said nothing tell the next day and that's when I found out what they did they the charged me two nights but only stayed one night it was $197 for one night Do not trust the hotel staff to help in any way」

「Clean good breakfast」

「酒店各方面都还不错，但是赶上停车场正在施工，没有提供足够的停车位，以至于回到酒店没有地方放车，与酒店人员沟通也不太顺畅，酒店的人不管。最后只能把车放在了不是停车位的地方。我觉得既然停车场施工酒店的工作人员应该批出其他地方供旅客停车。以减少不便。」

「Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

「Hotel and rooms were clean. We arrived at 8 pm and upon walking into the lobby there was a sign on the desk that stated “I have stepped away from the desk, I have the phone. Wait 5 minutes then call.” I did and this person on the phone was confused as to why I was calling. When I explained, I was here to check in she was standing outside and I passed her on the way in. In my opinion she should have said hello and welcome if she was an employee. She was not in a uniform or name tag to suggests...

「Quiet place」

「Tree only stayed one night, but hotel was clean and comfortable. I didn’t not partake in the breakfast but hubby did and said it was just ok, but mom said waffles were good. Has little store with water and snacks, which was convenient.」

「Juan is helpful as a desk clerk but could use a little more manners and people skills but the house keepers are super friendly and helpful there all around amazing!! The hole hotel needs help but I mean for the price you pay is what you get!! There is no pool even though it’s advertised as having one!!」
