「Room was great. But the carpets on the corridors truly need to be replaced. They look shabby. That is my only reason for not giving the hotel Excellent.」

「The rooms had not been cleaned properly. A really awful disgusting smells from outside is in the hotel and bedrooms. it comes from a sewage lake close by. To compensate they put on a extremely heavy air freshener that makes things worse. The hotel and staff are great but the hygiene levels are awful. They need to put in a air purification to ensure the smell does not come into the hotel. 」
