「The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia. 」

「Amazing place, very spacious, perfect for a group of friends or family. The area had shops and restaurants around everything was easily accessible. Had an amazing time only stayed one night but it was perfect.」

「This is an awesome spot! We needed walking distance to Pennsylvania Hospital and this was it ! Spacious, all supplies provided, showers had great pressure .. only negative i can say is wood floors needed better cleaning, socks and bare feet were dirty .. overall, very nice place and would stay again!!」

「Why pay more for a neighboring 300 sq.ft. Hotel room when you can have all the amenities of an apartment for less? The building is well-maintained and secure, the suite was immaculate. The location was an easy walk to my symposium at the College of the Physicians, and the area is beautiful with many excellent restaurants and shops! 「Minus obviously cosmetic flaws, the room was immaculate. Everything was clean and well cared for. I used the washer and dryer as well as the oven, microwave, stove and toaster. Everything functioned perfectly and was clean. 」

「Very few restaurants in this area, but considering the price, this disadvantage is acceptable. Overall it’s a good choice.」

「This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.」
