「Great staff, great breakfast. It is getting on in age, and the carpet in my suite was stained which was a distraction from an otherwise great stay. 」

「Decent room, but the view was just an hvac unit. Overall comfortable. Concierge ladies were very friendly and went above and beyond to make conversation. Parking was full but not impossible to find stalls. Nice that hotel is close to freeway and shopping area. Liked the accessible restaurant options attached. 」

「Even though it was only an overnight stay, the service was great. They were kind enough to accommodate a late arrival, late check out that was perfect for our flight. Even getting a last minute spa appointment was available. The double room size was fantastic. Only suggestion for a double room, would have 2 coffee cups and more coffee available, but just a personal preference. Highly recommend. 」

「Ideal place for downtown visitors」

「We’ve stayed at hotel arts a few times and it’s always amazing. Rooms are great and it’s within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. However, the pool staff were chaotic. We were 15 minutes early to our reservation so we just waited by the pool. Keep in mind there were lots of empty tables because it was 11:15. We waited until 11:40 and saw others being seated so we inquired again about our table, they said someone will come get us. We waited 15 more minutes and asked again and they said...
