The worst attitude bell captain When we pick up our luggage he took my receipt without saying anything About 15min later I ask him what’s the hold up He’s so unpolite and says “I’m the only one on floor”

Our room had a view of the water, staff was friendly and spoke English! The shuttle service was also extremely helpful to get around during our stay
