「Booked a medically necessary room with roll in shower and it was not avaliable when we arrived. No management available that night or morning or the following day when I called. Filed a case with the hotel chain but have yet to get a response from management. 」

「Of the 2beds in the room, one looked as if it had been slept in and the covers just tucked in over it. The other was questionable. There was no microwave, and no free coffee in the lobby. The seating area was small and never did see anyone at the food area counter to even order coffee. For a Marriott, I was disappointed!」

「The room was very clean and nice. the breakfast buffet was fresh and perfect with a nice variety of options to choose from. The same can be said for the evening buffet. The staff was awesome and I enjoyed the hot tube and pool. I will look forward to staying here again! Well done!」

「The place was so rundown in a lot of disrepair. It didn’t even have a hair dryer. I would not even stay for breakfast. I will never stay at any place owned by you company. I didn’t feel safe. Both motels didn’t even have a toaster at breakfast. I will let people we know about our experience. I realize that it was very reasonable price. But I expect it not to be disgustingly unsafe. We only stayed a few hours then left after driving 10 hours on the road.」
