This hotel is the worst. Please avoid at all cost. Smelled of mold & mildew. I was going to stay a week didn't last a day. The pool was dirty. This hotel hotel didn't feel safe for kids. More like a half way house.

The pool was over chlorinated. I couldn’t even sit there to let my kids play after a long drive. The hot tub also was not working. There was a washer but no working dryer. Also they said breakfast was 630-10am and she locked it up by 830

HORRIBLE. DON’T RELY ON THE IMAGES they have posted. These are VERY old, everything is rundown, broken, dirty, stinky. Waiting 15 minutes at desk, no one was there. The entire place smelled & was not air conditioned, even in the lobby. Rooms smelled, hallway smelled like cigarettes. POOL and HOT TUB is advertised- it’s been closed most of the year for “maintenance”. Back and side doors be propped open, random people coming in and out. Safety locks on the guest room doors are broken. RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. DON’T DO IT! It’s cheap for a reason, well, for a million reasons. Pictures show to GRIME in the air vent in the room, which barely worked, the broken safety locks, broken door handles, even the lampshades were disgusting. Wish I would have taken more pictures, I just wanted to get out ASAP.

it is an order property but it was clean the staff was friendly had a little hiccup where they overcharged me for a night that they should have took off due to a third party Jennifer and Daniel was great the room was very clean it showed some wear and tear the front entrance and the outside of the building was appalling it needs a lot of attention it cheapens the hotel. I would still stay here again they just need a little bit more attention to detail with the dead planters and plants in the window the Continental not so great but it was kept up well. all in all it was a good stay and I will be back

Pictures are deceiving and the place is completely run down. Everything was dirty from the sheets / bedding with stains, sinking mattresses, visible mold all over the shower, bathtub, toilet. The smell was so awful. I couldn’t even stay and checked out in less than an hour. It felt unsafe and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but especially a solo travelers. And on top of all of this Expedia wouldn’t do anything to help me out! They said they called the property but couldn’t get in touch with anyone. . . Not helpful at all and ruined the first day of my cross country road trip. Thanks Expedia!

Upon checking in, the First desk agent was very pleasant, but she was not very honest about the condition of my room. I booked for two nights and was only in my room to change for an event. It had a stomach, but I didn’t realize it would get worse until I woke up out of my sleep, coughing with watery eyes and trouble breathing due to the amount of smoke buildup in my non-smoking room! Expedia’s customer service nor hotel front desk was helpful about getting me any kind of a partial if not full refund. I called back-and-forth for hours and it honestly ruined the second half of my trip for me. I booked the location for the Jacuzzi and it was not working. The pool water looked contaminated and it was only available late afternoon. I FELT UNSAFE! The breakfast in the morning was just as bad for a bare minimum feeding. There were no juice options, oatmeal packs, nor meat served. Not even a selection of oranges/apples to grab.

Got a two night room through Expedia and had something come up the first night so we couldn’t check in. Tried to check in the next day but had to pay for another entirely separate room for one night because the reservation didn’t stand but I still had to pay for both nights. The room I paid for separate from this reservation had no refrigerator at all, the ice machine in the hotel did not work, the pool was too cold to even swim laps in, and the hot tub was out of order and I wasn’t told until I asked them after checking in. Will not stay here again.
