"We unfortunately stayed during a winter school vacation, so the hotel was packed with families with children.
We were unable to take advantage of amenities such as the pool due to extreme crowdedness.
Also the hotel restaurant was unable to get us a table on two occasions.
I think the hotel was trying its best, but we were disappointed we chose this hotel.
Additionally our bed was so uncomfortable that we had to purchase a cushioned mattress pad in order to sleep without pain."

"Hands down the best hotel to stay at in North Conway NH. From the basic necessities to cleaniness of the rooms,it was a great experience.

"Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping wanting to come in. What was the point of the first guy knocking to see what time we were checking out if they were going to send housekeeping anyway? Very intrusive and this woke us up twice after we had a late night out and a long drive home later that day. Wildly inappropriate and we likely won't be staying here in the future due to their clear obsessiveness with getting people OUT as early as possible. Stop disrupting people's sleep."
