"From the time we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and a fruit punch rum drink. Our room was upgraded without having to ask. The staff for the entire trip was extremely helpful and always pleasant if any questions were asked. Food delicious! Entertainment checked off as you are never bored there. Such a amazing atmosphere we will definitely be back!"

"The lobby was the first glance and impression of the resort. Other ones we drove past when driving others to their hotels weren’t intriguing at all. But soon as we got to ocean coral you can see the luxury in the lobby immediately. We were greeted rum punch which was great. Check in was immediate and also had our room ready before 3PM which was good. From the pool, the restaurants, the beach, the staff. Literally everything was amazing. The staff were great. Some people have their own behaviours or attitudes. But we weren’t paying much attention to those. All the hotel amenities were just perfect. They every day clean the pool and have it maintained. Overall, for a first time in Jamaica and yet alone a resort, this was an amazing first experience. I would return to Jamaica but not to ocean coral so soon. Nothing against them, just more places to look forward to on this beautiful island."

"Overlay nice resort. A lot of choices to pick from at the buffet just wish the food had more flavor. Love that the bathrooms were new and rooms were clean. With so many people being in the pool it was dirty so maybe cleaning the pool more often would be a good idea."
