"The safe didn’t work right when I got there but someone came up and fixed it within a half hour. I was very pleased. The staff were excellent and very accommodating in all areas of the resort. Loved the view at the beach wish I was still there on my lounger listening to the waves crash. "

"It was clean. No greeters to take our luggage 2 females had to carry up the stairs. We asked for extra towels they said no house keepers to bring towels. We asked for extra blankets saud the same and asked me to go downstairs to grab them . Overall location is great ."

"We had a perfect view of the water slides, it was so fun watching everyone going down the slides. Beach was a short walk away, we had such a great time. "

"The Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa was a very good value for the money. It truly was all inclusive and offered many, many specialty restaurant as well as several buffet restaurants. They also had a sports bar that served food about 20 hours a day. Entertainment options at night were plentiful and if you like late night dancing that option was open every night into the wee hours of the morning. The pool and beach areas had plenty of seating no matter what time you arrive but of course in the morning was the best time for prime locations. My adult daughter and I had a great vacation!"

"We stayed in the Swim Out Junior Deluxe Suite and lovedddd it!!! Obviously there’s the addition of Platinum but don’t be too bummed if you didn’t book it/couldn’t afford it because we still had the most perfect time! We had workers bringing us drinks to our swim out suite (this depends on where your room is booked), a private place to tan, and the most GORGEOUS walks around the resort. Staff are so beyond friendly and if you want to be laid back (like us) then it’s perfect but if you enjoy nightlife, partying, excursions it’s also perfect for you! :) Also the coffee shop…OBSESSED!"
