"My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room and the hotel itself were great. The staff here was amazingly incredible helpful and friendly. I was staying during my birthday and the staff actually came up to my room to deliver me a birthday cake and wish me happy birthday, which was fantastic. The hotel also had a buffet which had excellent food, and was open throughout the day. I loved my stay here at this hotel. I plan on returning in the future."

The front desk staff helped us book tickets for the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, and they even offer complimentary laundry service. They'll deliver your clean clothes to your room—super convenient! I feel I made the right choice and highly recommend it. "
