「同事入住的是隔壁的taiwoo酒店 去参观了下 感觉element性价比比较高（尤其是房源紧张的时候）receptionist的服务很好 一直笑嘻嘻的 离滑雪场非常近 就是希望酒店的晚餐提供能稍微延长时间」

「The service at this hotel is truly impressive! During check-in, the front desk staff went out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible for me. Since we arrived late and all the nearby liquor stores were closed, they kindly surprised me by delivering a bottle of Chilean red wine! The room itself was spotless and cozy, with bedding so comfortable I slept like a dream. Breakfast was a delight too. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I’d definitely come back next time! 」

「Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied...
