"The staff at the front desk was welcoming, the room was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. HOWEVER - on the day we were to arrive there was a major blizzard. There was no safe way to drive from the Boston area to Pittsfield. I called the hotel 2 days before to say that we would be arriving a day after our reservation. We had purchased cancellation insurance. When we arrived a day late I asked the front desk about a refund. They told me to call Expedia, which I did. Expedia tried to reach the hotel and was unable to do so. They referred me back to the the manager. It is now a week later and after several calls to the hotel, the manager never returned my call. I find this unacceptable."

"Room was VERY far from the parking garage. There was no internet or streaming available so the front desk asked if I wanted to cancel. I didn't, but was surprised they didn't offer a free pastry or muffin with their morning coffee(4 .00 dollars) as a trade. Especially since most places have these for FREE!! lol. Walk from garage to room was way too far. Will not stay again due to this. "

"I want a refund. There was no running water when I arrived. The manager kept saying that the water would be back on in a half hour and a couple hours later said it would still be on in a half hour by morning. It was still not on. I was not able to shower. I was not able to use the toilet. "

"The staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet which is a huge plus for me! No traffic noise at all. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would warn people about is the breakfast. There was coffee, orange juice, apple juice and packaged blueberry muffins. That was all. There wasn’t anything else to eat except those muffins. "
