"No parking available when we arrived. Asked to have bellhop take bags up to room when the room was ready, was told that I had to come back and check in again when the room became available. Was told I would receive a text when the room became available. Never received notification. Had to get ready for our concert out of our car. Didn’t receive the value of the price I paid. Won’t return or recommend. "

"Super friendly staff. Thank you all for being so kind! Room was clean. The pools were really nice, though I think the heater wasn’t working in the small one for the first night as it was very cold. Personally loved that they did the movie at the pool nightly, though I could see how this could be disturbing to some. I wish there was continental breakfast, it’s just a nice option for staying places, though they had a restaurant you could order from. We never ate there as there were other options close by. The beds could be a lil more comfy but that’s just my preference. Property was beautiful and would stay again. "

"I liked the location of the hotel near all tourist attractions like Balboa Park, San Diego zoo, Little Italy and more. The rooms were cleaned and had a nice view of the marina. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good too. The cons; the hotel was booked due to convention's, checking took long, valet took long to have your car ready, there was lines to get in the elevators and stopped at multiple floors, with kids that was very difficult since they have no patience. "

"My stay here was amazing the staff was nice and attentive, room was clean with an amazing view. Next time we will stay on the marina side although the bay view was peaceful and beautiful I believe it’s more restaurants to choose from. I definitely plan to stay here again!"
