「We love everything about this place. We will definitely come back. All the staff were so nice. Love all the dining options. The only thing that I wish they could improve was the cleanness of the high chairs. We have a toddler. Whichever restaurants we went to, the high chair was always dirty. I understand that kids are messy. But I expected slightly cleaner high chairs from an upscale place like Omni Grove Park Inn. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. 」

「A clean and pleasant place. Breakfast is spare but adequate. A good value for the cost.」

「Very nice hotel and great location. Clean and very friendly staff. Pool area should be kept cleaner and someone should monitor folks that have been over served at the pool. Roof top bar is a wonderful perk. The only negative is that they charge for parking. The lot was never totally full even on July 4th weekend. Didn’t mind too much until I was charged for the day that we checked out. Fair to only charge per night, not day. Don’t let that deter you. Nice place!」

「What a lovely stay for a quick Biltmore trip! We were traveling multiple family members and asked for nearby or even connecting rooms when we booked the rooms. The staff quickly replied that they didn't have connecting rooms for the type we reserved, but they made a note in their system to place us as close as possible.
