「I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent. The property and hotel were beautiful. Even though the hotel was fairly busy during our stay, I seldom heard other guests. Did I mention that the staff were excellent?」

「Next time I come back to Bristol, I’d definitely be staying in this hotel again! The bed is very comfy, the free milk machine is such a nice facility in the corridor, the welcome cookies were yummy, the service is good, the room is nice and clean.」

「A really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. 」

「整體來說都滿意，唯一要彈的是冷氣機經常噴出一塊塊灰黑色的物體， 可能是隔塵網太污糟了，應該清洗乾淨好D， 弄得被上一塊塊污跡，這樣不太好。 其他設施及服務也貼心。」
