「Staffs are Very nice」

「Staff are nice and helpful. Gym and pool is great.」

「Nol」

「Clean room with air conditioning, but disappointing breakfast, £5 parking fee for overnight guests.」

「I really enjoyed staying at this hotel with all excellent facilities provided and professional staff. The room is clean and the breakfast is outstanding.」

「We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.」

「It was a lovely room, nicely decorated and good quality presentation of the room including the tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there were 2 things that let it down. Firstly it was a very cold room, the radiators weren't on in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and the aircon unit in the bedroom, which was also a heater was not that powerful, and also there was no heating in the bathroom, and with the very large porcelain floor tiles in the bathroom, it was freezing! 「Great staff lady on」

「Everything ok. Free parking included.」

「My room was cosy and provided all that was necessary. Having arrived, by bus, before the check-in time I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner and shown to my room. Breakfast was well catered for, although I may have missed this in the itinerary, apart from there not being a cooked option. All in all a good experience.」

「1. There were many dead bees to start off with 2. Bedside lamps didn’t even work so we had to sleep with the main light on. 3. The pressure of the sink in the toilet was disastrous as it was too high and would go everywhere and the water kept turning on and off . 4. The main light kept flickering. 5. There was also no staff in the property and when we faced some problems in the night and we weren’t comfortable to phone them in the night .」

「Lovely room. Nice breakfast.」

「Thanks for the stay traveled with a baby for 2 days check out is 10 am how ever there was no fuss checking out at 10:30 fault of my own cleaning up the pots and pans I used」

「Be very careful when booking your place as I have booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen as I have a baby but was given one room which did not meet my needs at all. I did not have no other option than sleeping and return home the next day. It is above the pub which is noisy so be very careful when booking this place.」
