"I needed to change arrival by one day, Delaware North Corp (concessionaire) was unwilling to allow a change of date. I was forced to make a second reservation for the additional (prior) night. Repeated requests to link two reservations, including at check-in. Arrived at 5 pm. Staff was helpful to ensure we did not need to move but despite 2 reservations despite our arrival tine the room was not available - only 8 staff cleaning 400 rooms. Finally contacted at 8 pm., we were contacted that our room was available. Next night, going back to room at 9 pm after dinner, discovered that our key no longer worked. 4 calls later to get number to front desk, they said they’d locked us out because they did not have a cc on file for incidentals (room had been fully paid for (which we had provided at check-in). Sat in the dark for 30 minutes for porter to let us into room. They promised and failed to link reservations and were too greedy to allow change of date. And despite repeated efforts, their reservation system failed to connect reservations."
"Great hotel, very clean and well maintained! Loved the location, resort area, within walking distance from many restaurants and short drive to the Grand Canyon park. Breakfast is the typical American food with cereals, baked goods, couple of fruits, yougurt. Overall, great value for the money!"
