「推薦給去Trieste的朋友，酒店位置十分好，房間、設施整潔舒適，員工熱情有禮，服務亦到位，前檯知道我們下站會到威尼斯，細心替我們聯絡那面酒店安排泊車資訊，十分細心，省下我們的時間。酒店側便是意大利統一廣場，有很多不同類型的餐廳，而且對面便是看日落的長堤，方便四處閒逛，Trieste是illy的發源地，另外亦有好多間值得光顧的咖啡店，喜歡咖啡的朋友到訪意大利的話不妨可安排1至2天到這個寧靜的沿海城市遊覽一下」

「Cozy and comfortable. Morden facility with quiet neighborhood. For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much.」

「第一次遇到這麼差的服務態度，沒有笑容，冷冰冰的，完全被評語欺騙了，選擇了這裡，滿肚子的不滿，五星收費，一星的服務。登記的男服務生態度極差，看他的樣子好像很討厭中國人似的，兩點入住，兩間房也沒有清潔好，我問可否先准備一間我們，他只是冷漠地說，我們只保證三點才有房，有這樣的服務嗎？房間内沒有煲水的，也沒有咖啡機，連咖啡也沒有。叫拿熱水，催了三次，60幾分鐘才送到，打電話投訴，一句抱歉的話也沒有，他只是在詢問你想怎樣，我幫你轉電話去相關部門，真最好笑，我現在要投訴，不是應該你幫我解決問題嗎？」

「This is a lovely, small hotel with friendly, helpful staff in a wonderfully walkable part of Trieste. Like almost every city, finding street parking is difficult. Thankfully, I found out there is one temporary space in front of the hotel to unload or load luggage. Then, I found out that they have some indoor parking available just up the street for 15 Euros per 24 hours. Also, they offer a discount if you want to park in the nearby underground Park San Giusto which is less complicated driving...

「We loved our stay at Villa Viridia! The front desk staff were so helpful to us in terms of suggestions, directions and even arranging transportation. Our room was lovely and we really enjoyed the excellent espresso and buffet in the mornings. The buffet staff also went out of their way to be kind and so helpful.
