"great staff"

"I had requested that the heat would be turned on in our room prior to our arrival at 10:00 pm on a late flight to Vancouver. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk representative looked at my reservation and then further delayed us by starting to call someone, which turned out to be the maintenance staff to go turn our heat on. We got to our room finally only to discover a cold room and the heat setting at 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Shortly after we arrived at our rm, 2 maintenance staff showed up to turn heat on, which I already had done. We then had nonstop loud aircraft noise until about 2 am and then starting up at about 5 am. Woke up to discover only decaf coffee left in rm. very disappointed when I apprised the front desk person of these problems and got a very muted apology and was given a voucher for coffee in the lobby. Very disappointed with the overall customer service experience and stay."

"There are no toiletries in the bathroom anymore. No breakfast buffet during the week. Ppl yelling outside our door at 5am. "

"Everything was really good, as per usual, with the exception that we had no hot water during our one night. We’ve stayed here before and it’s always good. Unfortunately, this was a pretty big bummer since we each really needed a hot shower. "

"I request to chack in 2 hours early because i had a meeting mrng 6 Am and they didn’t charge extra nd allow me . But only think disappointed no water there , even to tap in kitchen , when i asked to manager she said use from washroom nd boild it , mean seriously why i drink from washroom if paying 134$ . Even room was street side , all night car horrows disturbed alot"
