"The room we originally was given was terrible. The bed sheets were stained yellow and brown, the dressers had random dirt particles in it. The entire shower curtain was molded. Toilet and sink were not cleaned. Even worse, the dead bolt did not align with the door so you could not lock the door and the top lock was broken off. The fridge did not work. I requested a new room and they easily gave me a new one. The new room was way better. Everything was so clean and did not look very used. The...

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The indoor pool was was nice. There was a store near the front desk for snacks and drinks. Lots of places near to eat and a very short drive to shopping at the outlets. The rooms were comfortable. The hotel was fine for what we needed. Looks like the ownership changed and things need to be updated but that didn't cause us any issues. "

"The hospitality and walkable areas were my favorite parts. Plus, the dining was very good. I didn't like that the bath tub drained very slowly. I stayed on the 6th floor and enjoyed the harbor view. "

"I just didn't enjoy the slowness of the Wi-Fi. It was very terrible honestly and my hotspot was faster than the hotel Wi-Fi which says a lot. The pool was too shallow. I love that it's there but 4'6" isn't exactly... It doesn't do it. I had an encounter with one roach in my room. In released it outside and didn't see anymore in my room but please keep an eye out on those pests. "
