「What a wonderful place to stay, the location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful stay over looking a large lake. Our room was great, comfy bed and had its own sitting room so plenty of space to relax. The staff were so friendly and I really felt nothing would have been too much to if we asked. We didn't book a table for the evening but they made sure one was free for us. We are already planning on going back.」

The room itself was very clean, warm and cosy. I really appreciated the call, from Paul, earlier in the day to say we could arrive early, it was snowing so we appreciated the warm cosy room. I was told the chef was unwell but having breakfast you would not know it. The hotel catered for all vegetarian, vegan and gluten free needs. A real gem...

「The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend 」
